All positions rental opportunities apart from Hairstylist that have the option of Commission for Licensed Hairstylist with existing clientele.

Duties

- Provide high-quality hairstyling services, including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art with attention to sanitation and safety standards
- Apply eyelash extensions and lash lifts with precision and care to enhance clients’ natural beauty
- Maintain a clean, sanitized work area adhering to health regulations and studio policies
- Engage with clients through excellent customer service, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations




- Upsell retail products like hair care, skincare, or nail items to boost client satisfaction and studio revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and processing payments

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming and positive experiences for clients
- Expertise in hair styling techniques suitable for diverse hair types and styles
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively without being pushy
