Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional hair styling, lash extension, or nail services to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfort
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering professional recommendations
- Manage retail sales of hair products, lash supplies, or nail care items to enhance client experience and increase revenue opportunities
- Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing payments efficiently




- Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized care

Experience

- Proven experience as a hairstylist (License Required), lash technician, or nail technician with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols relevant to beauty services
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive client experience
- Prior retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products and increasing revenue
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, client records, and workspace cleanliness
