What The Position Is:

As a boutique floor supervisor you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand to our customers creating meaningful in person experiences, addressing their inquiries and managing their orders, you will also help supervise the team and sales alongside the store manager. Your primary objective is to serve as a brand ambassador for Melanie Auld Jewelry, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring their utmost satisfaction. This position requires full time availability including weekends and holidays, store hours are 10:30-6:30pm daily.

Responsibilities:

- Engage and connect with MAJ customers in person and phone calls.
- Focus on building long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
- Process all customer orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests with care, ensuring a smooth process every time.
- Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Embrace innovation and stay updated with industry trends to enhance our customers’ experiences continuously.




- Assisting management in leading the team, and contributing to meeting sales targets.

You are:

Requirements:

- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail floor lead & customer service-oriented role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency using customer support software and tools to manage inquiries and orders efficiently.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or Lightspeed is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

- Hour salary of $22
