Who You Are:

Reporting directly to the Ticketing Manager, the Box Office Representative will provide on site support to AdmitONE clients and venues in execution of events from a Box Office perspective.

What You'll Do:

- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities at the Box Office with a strong commitment to superior customer service,
- Provide support and assistance to the Manager, Client Services in all areas of Box Office and ticketing operations including ticket processing using AdmitONE,
- Work from The Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Annabels, Adelaide Hall and external venues as required for in-person ticket sales and answering guest questions about AdmitONE and our venues,
- Work at Offsite venues to sell or issue event tickets,
- Inventory Management (releasing holds, processing paid and comp sales),




- Communicate with both venue and production managers pre-show to ensure all event information is received and understood,
- Some travel within Toronto may be required from time to time, Other duties as required.

We are looking for someone with:

- Our shows and events take place in the evenings, during weekends and on holidays. As a result, flexibility to work these shifts is required,
- While this role will be located primarily at the The Vogue Theatre and Biltmore Cabaret, flexibility to work the box office at other various venues throughout may be required,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail,
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with those both inside and outside the business,
- Innovative, creative and critical thinking,
- Problem solving and analytical abilities,
- Project management, multi-tasking, and time management,
- Ability to work well with a team or individually.
