About the Role

Aire One KW is looking for an outgoing, creative, and confident Brand Ambassador & Content Specialist to help bring our brand to life through engaging, authentic content.

This is primarily a field-based content creation and brand ambassador role. The majority of your time will be spent filming content, appearing on camera, and capturing content on location with occasionally working in office.

You will regularly travel throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas to active job sites, customer homes, installations, community events, and other locations to capture real-world content. You may be behind the camera filming a technician during an installation one day and in front of the camera presenting an HVAC tip, promotion, or educational video the next.

A key part of this position is being comfortable and confident appearing on camera as a representative of Aire One KW. You will help create educational, promotional, customer-focused, and brand awareness content while representing the company in a professional, approachable, and authentic way.

While some video, photo, and content editing may be required as needed, editing is not the primary focus of this position. We are looking for someone who wants to be out in the field, interacting with people, capturing great moments, and becoming a recognisable face of the Aire One KW brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as an on-camera Brand Ambassador for Aire One KW across social media, digital advertising, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
- Confidently appear in educational, promotional, informational, and brand awareness content
- Spend the majority of your time filming, capturing, and participating in content both on and off camera
- Travel regularly to active job sites, customer homes, installations, community events, and other locations throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas
- Capture engaging video and photo content of technicians, service calls, installations, equipment, completed projects, behind-the-scenes moments, and company activities
- Coordinate, conduct, and record customer testimonials, helping customers feel comfortable and guiding conversations naturally on camera
- Interview technicians, customers, team members, and other individuals for social media and marketing content
- Help develop and present educational content related to HVAC systems, services, maintenance, promotions,



homeowner questions, and other relevant topics
- Identify interesting content opportunities while visiting job sites and working with the Aire One KW team
- Capture short-form vertical content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Work closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to plan and execute content ideas and campaigns
- Research current social media trends, formats, concepts, and content styles and identify opportunities relevant to the Aire One KW brand
- Contribute creative ideas for videos, campaigns, testimonials, educational content, and brand awareness initiatives
- Perform video, photo, and content editing as needed to support the marketing team
- Assist with static social media content and other marketing assets when required
- Organise and maintain video, photo, and other media files for future use
- Ensure all content represents Aire One KW professionally and remains consistent with company brand standards
- Assist with other brand, community, promotional, and marketing initiatives as required

Required Qualifications
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera regularly as an essential part of the position
- Comfortable working both in front of and behind the camera
- Outgoing and personable, with the confidence to approach and interact with customers, technicians, employees, and members of the community
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating or capturing content for social media, digital marketing, or similar platforms
- Comfortable filming video and taking photos in real-world environments, including active residential job sites
- Good understanding of social media platforms and short-form content
- Creative mindset with the ability to recognise interesting content opportunities in everyday situations
- Ability to take direction while also contributing original ideas
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Valid Full G driver's licence
- Willingness and ability to travel locally throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas as a regular part of the position





Preferred Qualifications The following are considered assets but are not required:
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Presenter, Host, Videographer, or similar role
- Previous on-camera experience or experience presenting content for social media
- Strong video and photography skills, including composition, lighting, framing, and camera operation
- Experience conducting or filming interviews and customer testimonials
- Experience creating engaging short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Basic to intermediate video and photo editing abilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Familiarity with microphones, lighting equipment, cameras, and other content production equipment
- Experience identifying and adapting social media trends for a business or brand

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is personable, confident, energetic, creative, and genuinely comfortable being on camera.

This position is ideal for someone who would rather be out capturing content than spend the majority of their day behind a computer. You should be just as comfortable stepping in front of the camera to present a video as you are holding the camera to capture a technician, customer testimonial, installation, or behind-the-scenes moment.

You do not need to be a professional actor or a full-time video editor. What matters most is that you can communicate naturally, represent the Aire One KW brand professionally, connect with people, and recognise opportunities to create engaging content.
