About the Role
We’re looking for our newest Brand & Social Media Manager to lead Stallion’s communications, grow our social presence, and strengthen our connection with the Canadian eCommerce community.
You’ll own client communications and social strategy, lead and mentor our social media interns, and help shape the content and conversations that keep Stallion relevant to eCommerce sellers. You’ll also help build our community through partnerships, webinars, customer stories, and events.
What You’ll Do
- Own client communications, including newsletters, announcements, service updates, and campaign messaging
- Ensure Stallion’s voice, messaging, and brand remain consistent across all customer touchpoints
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer communications are accurate, timely, and relevant
- Stay connected to eCommerce trends, industry news, and customer needs to keep our communications relevant
- Own Stallion’s social media strategy, content calendar, and channel growth
- Manage and mentor social media interns, providing explicit direction, feedback, and creative guidance
- Lead content planning and campaigns that engage and resonate with eCommerce sellers
- Oversee content quality and step in on high-impact or high-level content when needed
- Track social and content performance and use insights to continuously improve strategy
- Build and strengthen Stallion’s presence within the Canadian eCommerce community through partnerships, collaborations, webinars, events, and customer stories
- Support and help execute eCommerce events and activations, including trade shows, dinners, fireside chats, and community gatherings
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or community
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how social, content, brand, and community work together
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and technologies
- Stays current with social media, eCommerce, marketing, and digital trends
- Experience managing or mentoring interns or junior team members
- Strong communication skills with a good eye for brand, messaging, and content
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership from idea through execution
Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, logistics, events, partnerships, or community building is a strong asset.
