Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast / Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items and other menu offerings with precision and enthusiasm. Your dedication to food safety, quality, and efficient food service will help ensure our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences each day.

Duties

- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes and menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Support food service operations by timely plating and presenting dishes for service




- Follow proper food safety protocols during meal preparation and storage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Early morning start times for breakfast shift.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Kitchen experience within the food industry or restaurant setting is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
