Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of construction, renovation, and restoration projects. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in masonry, carpentry, and heavy equipment operation to bring architectural visions to life. Your hands-on approach, combined with your knowledge of schematics and blueprint reading, will ensure that each project meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform construction, restoration, and renovation tasks efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete applications for various structures
- Conduct caulking and sealing tasks to ensure weatherproofing and durability of completed work
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, or excavators in accordance with safety protocols
- Assist in demolition, site preparation,
and cleanup activities to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or renovation projects with a focus on masonry and restoration work
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Solid knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
- Experience working with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus
- Skilled in caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps effectively
- Construction experience involving demolition, site prep, or structural repairs is highly desirable
