Role Description The Bridal Consultant role is an on-site position based in Concord, ON. This role involves greeting clients, assisting with gown and accessory selections, and providing fitting room support throughout appointments.

The Bridal

Consultant will maintain product knowledge, answer questions about styles, alterations, timelines, and pricing, and guide clients through the purchasing process, including invoicing and payment. Daily tasks include keeping the showroom clean and organized, restocking merchandise, preparing displays, and safeguarding inventory.



The role also involves scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and collaborating with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service and a welcoming boutique atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client-facing skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Sales and retail experience, with the ability to meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Attention to detail in styling, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom environment.
- Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and assist with gowns and accessories in fitting rooms.
- Reliable time management, including availability for weekends, holidays, and peak bridal seasons.
- Comfort working with point-of-sale systems, appointment scheduling tools, and basic computer applications.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Previous experience in bridal, fashion, or formalwear is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
