What You’ll Do

- Keep the brewery clean, organized, and ready for action
- Clean tanks, kegs, hoses, drains, and floors to brewing standards
- Help with packaging (cans, kegs, stacking)
- Assist with transfers and basic cellar work
- Learn and eventually own the brewery’s production tracking program: Log all ingredients used in each beer; Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished product; Record yields for each batch; Keep accurate, up-to-date production records; Record all packaging and manage keg tracking
- Monthly inventory reporting and reconciliation
- Record and transfer kegs and cans to the taproom
- Weekly keg and can deliveries to on-premise and retail accounts
- Jump in wherever needed to keep production moving

What We’re Looking For:
- Can lift 140 lbs repeatedly (aka kegs)
- Commercial canning line experience required - Bonus points if its on a CASK system




- General cellar/tank cleaning and brewpad maintenance experience preferred
- Comfortable working on your feet in a hot, wet, active environment
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
- Willing to stay until the job is done, when the day calls for it
- Computer literate
- Experience working in brewing software is preferred, and a willingness to learn our brewing software and take ownership of record-keeping
