Responsibilities

- Act as the central communication hub between the kitchen staff and front-of-house team during brunch service
- Prioritize and organize food orders to ensure timely delivery of dishes to tables
- Verify accuracy of orders, including special requests and dietary needs, before serving
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with food presentation and plating to uphold quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediter station throughout service
- Support food safety protocols by handling dishes carefully and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed

Requirements





- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with team members and guests
- Experience with food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Hospitality or hotel experience, including serving or cashiering roles, is beneficial
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences
