We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their cannabis needs. Your expertise in cannabis products and commitment to creating a welcoming workplace will ensure that customers have a positive experience every time they visit.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide them with information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean display area, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using cash register systems while providing excellent cashiering services.
- Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and the effects of different products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and uphold company standards.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in the cannabis industry or hospitality sector.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide less experienced staff when needed.
- Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems is beneficial for efficient transaction processing.
- A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various strains and their effects is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

- Must have CannSell License
- Must have minimum 3 years retail sales experience in cannabis business.
