We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bubble Tea Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and providing outstanding customer service. Duties

- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines during food preparation and service.




- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment independently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering practices is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is required.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to help customers feel welcome and valued.
- Strong candidate willing to handle the store independently.
