Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while educating them about our range of cannabis products. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers in selecting the right products, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects.
- Maintain an organized and clean display of products, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using computerized point-of-sale systems.
- Handle cash and credit transactions while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Comply with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.

Skills





- Strong retail sales experience, preferably in the cannabis or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in using computerized systems for sales transactions (e.g., POS systems)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for stocking and organizing products.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Require skills and qualifications ;

* Minimum 19+ years of age *Cannabis knowlledge

*Valid Cansell certification

*Mandatory police record check

*Minimum 1 year i customer service and retail

*POS : 1 year experience (preferred )

*Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
