Buzzed Buds is an independent cannabis dispensary that seeks to provide the best customer experience through our friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are looking for a Budtender/Key Holder to join our Mississauga location near Southdown. This ideal team member will provide excellent customer service and have top notch product knowledge.

As a keyholder or shift lead, you are responsible for:

1. Leading by example and setting the standard as a keyholder high - understanding and following policy yourself is of paramount importance.
2. Ensuring staff members follow store policy and hold staff members you work with accountable when they do not follow policy and procedure
3. Communicating store intelligence to your supervisor and other keyholders as needed (staff issues, refunds/returns, customer experience issues, inventory issues and performing log entries when needed)
4. Performing delegated tasks as they are given by managers (ex. training, bin labels, order day preparation, basic dutchie maintenance etc.)
5. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment at all times:

- store pride, finding everything a home! If it doesn't have a home, make one and tell your supervisor
- keeping up with ongoing sales floor cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of staff spaces
- taking out garbage/breaking down boxes
- keeping the inventory/stock organized: making sure everything in a bin has a label, putting back items left on the pass-through or Dutchie table, putting samples in the office, turning over empty bins or removing them all together)




- updating THC and removing items from Dutchie as orders come in and products sell out
- organizing visual merchandising displays

1. Ensuring staff attendance and punctuality to scheduled shifts and overseeing breaks for shifts longer than five hours.

2. Maintaining a professional workplace

3. Staying on task and busy at work as well as ensuring all other staff remain on task.
4. Ensuring the store is always operating in compliance with the AGCO and Health Canada rules (ex. ensuring people are being ID'd, ensuring all product is properly put away in the vault at the end of the night, etc.)

5. Acting as ambassadors for the goals the store has at the time (ex. minimizing discrepancies in the store, participation in sales/campaigns)
6. Managing customer service issues in a way that demonstrates Buzzed Buds' commitment to customer experience.

7. Assisting with Hive Rewards and approving other discounts made in store
8. Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve issues that arise in store (SOPs are your friend!)

Schedule
- Open shifts (8:30am start)
- Mid shifts
- Close shifts (11:30pm finish)

Licence/Certification:
- Cannsell (required)
- Current and clear background check (must be issued within the last 90 days)

- Driver's license is a bonus

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.60 per hour
