We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender/ Key holder to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while guiding them through their cannabis purchasing experience. Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers about different strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.




- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping environment.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
