The Build

Coordinator role requires leadership to motivate volunteers while coordinating all phases of residential construction projects across Northwestern Ontario. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your key focus will be on sourcing materials, managing contractors, and fostering a positive volunteer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all residential construction phases from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and maintain construction records




- Monitor project progress and resolve construction issues
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers on-site
- Build solid relationships with contractors and community partners Requirements:
- 3-5 years of residential construction experience
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
