Apartment Manager / Resident Caretaker Wanted

We are seeking a competent, reliable, and qualified live-in Apartment Manager to oversee a residential complex consisting of three buildings with up to 155 rental units.

Responsibilities include:

● Renting and showing available units

● Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs

● Collecting rent and following up on arrears

● Enforcing building rules and tenancy policies

● Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns

● Coordinating maintenance and repairs

● Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property

● Performing general administrative and property management duties as required

Qualifications:

● Previous property management or customer service experience is an asset

● Strong communication and organizational skills





● Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

● Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is an asset

● Must be dependable, professional, and willing to live on-site

Compensation:

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the time required to perform the duties. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
