Permanent position: Saturday 0700-1600, Sunday 1600-0100

Responsibilities for Building Security Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors

Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.

Use G-track devise to conduct 4 patrols per shift.

Performing External

Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.

Perform environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc.





Contact maintenance for any lighting, heating and other problems.

Conduct interior patrol of the building according to the schedule.

Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence.

Hourly tower tours.

Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.

Qualifications for Building Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid Manitoba security license

First aid certification an asset

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
