Position Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital team supporting Consumer Banking initiatives.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across medium to large-scale projects, with a strong focus on requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and delivery within an Agile environment.
- This role will work closely with Product Owners, Technology, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- The ideal candidate brings strong Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis (BSA) capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience within online/mobile banking or financial services environments .
- The role is part of a highly collaborative Digital BA practice consisting of 90+ Business Analysts and will also provide opportunities to mentor junior BAs and contribute to the broader BA community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business analysis activities for medium to large-scale projects and complex initiatives.
- Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups, responsibilities, and requirements.
- Develop requirements plans and accurate estimates while continuously improving estimation quality.




- Lead requirements prioritization and facilitate discussions to establish business priorities.
- Facilitate collaborative discovery, elicitation, refinement, and review sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document detailed business and system requirements .
- Assist Product Owners in decomposing Epics into well-defined User Stories.

Create and refine User Stories, including:

- Acceptance criteria

- Business rules

- Data elements

- Assumptions

- Constraints

- Dependencies
- Perform story decomposition and story mapping to ensure requirements are appropriately defined.
- Develop business process models, scope models, business context diagrams, data requirements, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and assess current-state processes from both business and, where appropriate, technical perspectives.
- Document test scenarios for User Stories when required.
- Apply requirements coverage analysis to establish traceability between scope, requirements, testing, and implementation.
- Build and maintain reusable requirements documentation in Confluence in accordance with enterprise standards.
- Support Product Owners with management of risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Manage and maintain User Stories and sprint-related activities in JIRA .
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Design, Business stakeholders, and Journey Operations teams.
- Present requirements and facilitate sessions with large stakeholder groups, including groups of 15-20+ participants .
- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing support to junior Business Analysts.
- Participate in BA Chapters and contribute to continuous improvement across the BA practice.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile project environments .




- Robust experience independently gathering and documenting both Business and Systems requirements .
- Proven experience with requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and validation.
- Strong knowledge of requirements methodologies across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

- Master's Certificate in Business Analysis.
