Onsite BSA

BSA need to have work experience for regulatory reporting familiar with Capital market product eg LoansDepositNostroVostro client data ie Client Data RepositoryCDR Client Lifecycle Management CLM and Know You ClientKYC Booking eg Booking Data RepositoryBDR The project will work with team in Asia and the working hours will be extensive where candidate may need to join the call in early morning and late evening to accommodate the time zone difference

Preferable if candidate can also speak Mandarin and Cantonese

Offshore BSA The business analyst BAs responsibilities will include understanding the counterparty credit exposure measurement for various products mapping source data to internal monitoring reporting eg Counterparty concentration Report external regulatory reporting ie Large Exposure Frame LEF and Single Counterparty Credit Limit SCCL and supporting production related items

Primarily the BA will create mapping logic for counterparty credit exposure reporting or create requirement document and liaise with IT developers to communicate those requirements and plancoordinate all user testing coordinate implementationmigration as necessary and communicate written and verbally to project leadership team and or senior management on project status throughout the project lifecycle

What will you do





Understanding various product attributes from upstream eg Lending product Facility Security Security Finance TransactionSFT and Derivative etc

Picking up current concept and applying it quickly eg LEF Risk Shifting for Credit Default Swap CDS SFT Derivative Guarantees and LC Fronting etc

Performing data gap analysis systems processes and procedures as required for the project

Create reporting mapping logic or requirement document

Communicating requirement to development and QA performing testing coordinating UAT testing and assisting production implementation

Contributing to the process reengineering and process improvement where applicable

Supporting users training and documentation as needed

Report the BA team working status and raise concerns or issues that may hinder the project progress as planned to management and PMs

What do you need to succeed

Musthave

Experience in systems implementation process improvements or systems reengineering projects with a banking organization or consulting company

Undergraduate degree or higher preferable in Mathematics Computer Science Engineering or Finance

Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle Agile others

Experience in SQL through HIVE MS SQL server Teradata HUE Dremio etc

Advance MSWord MS Project MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Visio MS Access
