Business Analyst / Project Manager (Bilingual)

Project: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP Migration

Role Summary:

Seeking a Bilingual French/English Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong D365 ERP migration/implementation experience. The candidate will work with business, technical, and implementation teams to support ERP transformation from JDE and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX to D365.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business/functional requirements.
- Analyze current JDE and AX environments, integrations, and user populations.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project coordination.
- Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop process documentation,



gap analysis, and migration plans.
- Support UAT, change management, and deployment.

Must Have:

- Fluent French & English – written and spoken.
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation/migration experience.
- Strong experience with JDE and/or Dynamics AX.
- ERP transformation/migration experience.
- Business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience documenting ERP integrations and business processes.
- Solid project coordination and communication skills.
