Join us in revolutionizing how the world is built!
Trestle is transforming the construction industry by solving long-standing challenges in communication and data connectivity. Our mission is to improve collaboration and streamline workflows, enabling projects to be completed faster and more efficiently.
We are a rapid-paced, mission-driven team that thrives on tackling challenges and driving innovation. If you're looking for a dynamic environment with significant growth opportunities and want to help reshape how the world builds, Trestle is the place for you.
Role Description
Trestle is growing, and we need a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our reach. This role is based in Toronto and works in a hybrid setup, three days a week in the office, with flexibility for the rest. In this high-impact role, you'll connect with top construction industry leaders, generate meetings with qualified prospects, and play a key part in shaping our sales strategy.
We're looking for hungry, competitive, and high-energy individuals ready to make an immediate impact in outbound sales. If you're the type of person who loves a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and hates losing more than you love winning, this is the role for you.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. You'll spend your days generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, identifying prospects, creating meaningful conversations, and booking meetings that lead to revenue. This job is not easy, and the people who excel here bring grit, resilience, and a competitive edge, often shaped by backgrounds like collegiate athletics or other high-performance teams, backed by a real track record of outbound quota attainment.
As the first point of contact, you'll research leads, build relationships,
and showcase the power of Trestle's AI-driven solutions. Working closely with our CEO and sales team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while advancing your career. If you're a proactive communicator and a fast learner who thrives in a agile environment, we want to hear from you!
