Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Support the development and execution of outreach campaigns to prospective clients and partners
- Manage customer relationships, ensure timely follow-ups and engagement
- Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate value propositions effectively




- Negotiate terms with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in project management, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience supporting marketing campaigns or initiatives
- Experience working with First Nations organizations, government groups, contracting companies
- Passion for business development with a proactive attitude toward identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—tailored for a global audience
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
