About the Role

You’ll work closely with the founders and product engineers to own elaboration of business requirements, operational processes, and go-to-market execution as well as conduct product research, analytics reporting, and keep our new platform’s business content accurate and useful.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for this position, candidates must:

● Be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

● Have a relevant Bachelor's degree or above from a Canadian post-secondary institution

● Be able to work physically from our Mississauga office (at least 3 times a week)

What You'll Bring

Experience & Technical Skills:

● Strong experience with dashboarding, data analytics tools and spreadsheets

● Practical experience with administering Kanban boards and work management tools (e.g., Jira/ Azure DevOps)

● Understanding of how to manage product backlogs and conduct work breakdown structure

● Exposure to CRM/ outreach tools, campaign coordination, or customer onboarding

● Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and basic understanding of prompt and context engineering concepts

● Familiarity with cloud services (esp. Amazon Web Services) is a plus

Soft Skills

● Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity — willingness to dig in, ask questions, and learn quickly

● Clear written and verbal communication, including ability to put together visual presentations

● Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities typical of a startup environment

● Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset, especially given our healthcare context

● Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and openness to mentorship

● Strong time management and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team





What You'll Do

● Support GTM planning: audience segments (by province, access or specialty), messaging angles, and launch/ onboarding checklists

● Conduct product demos to leadership and end-user groups

● Draft lightweight briefs for product changes (“problem / who / success looks like / out of scope”) that can be interpreted by both technologists and business stakeholders alike

● Prioritize a backlog of business-facing improvements vs pure engineering work

● Contribute to product quality testing and operational readiness activities

● Spot-check data quality and identify possible discrepancies and issues

● Track outreach and partnership pipelines (colleges/ associations, vendors, student groups, early adopters)

● Maintain easy metrics dashboards to depict user growth, financial growth, usage patterns, etc.

About Us

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
