Soroc is seeking a Business Systems Analyst on contract for one of our banking clients in Toronto.

Client: Banking Sector

Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Requirement: 4 days a week onsite

Hourly contract rate: $45/hr T4 or 55/hr on Incorp

Qualifications

- 5-8 years of project & systems analysis experience 2+ years Agile project experience
- 2+ years with business rules and data model/mapping experience
- 2+ years experience with Confluence and JIRA tools
- 2+ years of diagramming experience (activity, sequence, data flow) using Visio.
- 2 years experience understanding Databases (e.g. execute a query) and reading basic Java code.

Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop robust relationships with business and across internal stakeholder groups.
- Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with various partners and stakeholders.
- Identify,



document, and validate current state technology capabilities/ecosystem and support stakeholders to design the desired future state.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications considering non-functional requirements.
- Own and manage the traceability of system requirements through design and development, testing, and deployment.
- Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise to generate forward-thinking ideas.
- Support implementation and post-implementation planning and activities.
- Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes.
