Our client, a leading organization in tire repair and manufacturing, is seeking a CA2 - R5 Operator to join their team. As a CA2 - R5 Operator, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting tire repair and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift:

12-hour rotating shifts (07:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 07:00), with occasional overtime opportunities

What's the Job?

- Work on a computer to identify tires requiring repair and call out repair tasks
- Verify tire barcodes to ensure accurate repair processes
- Buff specified areas inside tires using grinders
- Use compressed air to remove residual dust and dirt from tires
- Apply R5 Paint to tires using dosing guns and smooth the paint to meet size and tolerance specifications

- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in a controlled environment with safety protocols
- Willingness to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear, and respiratory protection as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work methods
- Good organizational skills to maintain a clean work area
