CABINET ASSEMBLY PERSON — VICTORIA AREA — $150 PER UNIT

Looking for a capable, dependable cabinet assembly person for a high-volume multi-unit apartment project in Greater Victoria.

Work is expected to start as early as Monday, August 17, with approximately two months of steady work depending on site progress and performance.

This is onsite production assembly—not general labour or shop fabrication. Cabinet components are supplied and organized by apartment unit.

Responsibilities include

- Assembling cabinet boxes accurately and square
- Building drawers and installing slides, legs and hardware
- Keeping each apartment’s materials organized
- Identifying missing or damaged components before they hold up installation
- Maintaining a clean work area and consistent production pace
- Coordinating with the installation crew so completed units are ready when required

Pay is $150 per completed apartment unit for cabinet assembly. The production target is approximately two units per day once familiar with the system. Additional paid countertop or installation work may be available for the right person.

You should have





- Cabinet assembly, cabinet installation, cabinetmaking or finish-carpentry experience
- The ability to read drawings, labels and unit lists
- Your own drill/impact, basic hand tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite
- Regular weekday availability
- Valuable attention to detail without being painfully slow

Sloppy assembly creates problems for everyone downstream, so completed work must be square, consistent and installation-ready. No formal résumé is required. Reply with:
