Paul's Walls and Sons is a family-run business known for quality craftsmanship and dependable service. We're growing and looking for a skilled Lead Cabinet Installer to head up installs and help set the standard for our crew.

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced lead installer who can run jobs from start to finish — measuring, mounting, and finishing cabinetry in residential and commercial spaces. You'll be the point person in office, guiding helpers and making sure every install meets our standards and the customer's expectations.

Responsibilities

- Install kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry, including base, wall, and tall units
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and job specs
- Measure, level, scribe, and secure cabinets to walls and floors
- Install countertops, hardware, trim, crown molding, and filler pieces
- Lead and mentor helper/junior installers on the job site
- Coordinate with the shop and project manager on scheduling and materials
- Perform final walkthroughs and address punch-list items
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized

Requirements





- 5+ years of professional cabinet installation experience
- Proven ability to lead a crew and manage a job site independently
- Skilled with hand and power tools (drills, levels, table/miter saws, jigs)
- Strong knowledge of measuring, scribing, and finish carpentry
- Able to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional with customers

Preferred

- Experience with custom and high-end cabinetry
- Countertop and trim install experience
- Own basic hand tools
