- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and maintain cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while promoting new or featured products
- Follow proper food handling procedures, sanitation protocols, and food safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with kitchen tasks such as food prep,



maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team members as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
