Senior IT Build Analyst
- Location: Toronto, ON—Hybrid
- Contract Length: 6-12 Months

Responsibilities
- Assist I&E; patching teams in preparing documentation, artifacts, and evidence for regulatory and internal audit compliance
- Collect, review, and consolidate KPIs and KRIs from individual patch teams on a defined cadence
- Maintain and organize all patching documents in Confluence, SharePoint, and reference data repositories
- Partner with patching teams to create and update required standard control documents and RACIs
- Review and validate patching documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to storage and approval
- Support audit and regulatory exam preparation—organizing evidence packages and coordinating with senior team members
- Support review of internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities and help build institutional knowledge within the VRO
- Assist in composing management responses and remediation activity tracking as directed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT governance, technology risk, infrastructure operations, or information security
- Certification an asset: CRISC, CISM, CISA, or CISSP
- Experience with audit and regulatory review processes—especially in a banking or financial services environment
- Hands‑on experience with KPI/KRI development and management reporting
- Strong document management and organizational skills—comfort with Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity control standards and patch management processes
- Excellent written communication—ability to produce clear governance documentation and audit narratives
- Collaborative, detail‑oriented, able to manage workload independently across multiple stakeholders
