With a strong focus on assessing customer needs, you’ll make tailored recommendations while also promoting company programs. Your expertise will help maintain in-store visual standards, manage customer inquiries, and showcase your passion for outdoor trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legendary customer service and product advice
• Promote company programs and in-store promotions




• Maintain visual presentation standards and cleanliness
• Resolve customer issues using good judgment
• Assist in various store areas as needed
Requirements:
• One or more years in sales or service environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to evaluate customer needs
• Passion for outdoor lifestyle and products
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products an asset
