NUMO Cannabis is a locally owned recreational cannabis retailer, proudly serving Edmontonians since legalization day on October 17, 2018. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Cannabis Retail Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and passionate about the evolving cannabis industry. Availability for evenings and weekends is mandatory for full-timers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge in a professional, friendly manner

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience

- Educate customers on cannabis products, formats, and safe consumption practices

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and conduct accurate cash handling procedures

- Maintain compliance with all AGLC regulations and company protocols

- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed

- Support store cleanliness, organization,



and operational standards

- Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must hold a valid SellSafe certification

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Professional, punctual, and dependable

- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry

Schedule

- 35-40 hours per week

- Evening shifts and weekend availability are mandatory for this position.

- May include holidays and occasional weekday shifts

Additional Information

- All new hires are subject to a three-month probationary period
