Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within our dealership. This position requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent negotiation skills, a tech savvy individual, and the ability to support sales efforts both in-person and over the phone. Duties

- Engage with customers both in-person and via phone to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with product information, pricing, and financing options.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure follow-up and relationship building.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.




- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership environment or related field.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while fostering positive customer relationships.
- Familiarity with outside sales strategies is a plus.
- Tech savvy.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals.
