We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented Car Detailer / Car Wash Technician to join our team in Downtown Vancouver.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting appointment deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform interior and exterior cleaning and detailing of vehicles to a consistently high standard
- Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean vehicles using appropriate equipment, products, and techniques
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including carpets, mats, upholstery, dashboards, consoles, windows, and other surfaces
- Perform exterior detailing tasks such as washing, drying, wheel and tire cleaning, and removal of dirt, dust, and other contaminants
- Identify areas requiring additional cleaning or attention and ensure they are completed thoroughly
- Safely operate pressure washers, vacuums, polishers, cleaning equipment, and other detailing tools
- Follow proper procedures when using cleaning chemicals, equipment, and detailing products
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure quality, accuracy, and attention to detail before they are returned to customers
- Prepare vehicles according to scheduled appointments and complete work within required timeframes
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle condition, work required, and job status
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Properly maintain and organize tools, equipment, supplies, and workstations
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Handle vehicles responsibly and report any pre-existing damage or concerns to management




- Assist with general shop and vehicle-related duties as required
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers
- Work independently when required while contributing positively to a small, collaborative team
- Take initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed without constant supervision

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's licence required
- Previous car detailing, automotive, car wash, or similar experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines for scheduled appointments
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Willingness to learn new techniques, products, tools, and equipment
- Professional attitude and commitment to providing quality work
- Ability to safely handle physical aspects of the job, including frequently bending, crouching, reaching, and handling tools
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs
