Mainland Motors is looking for motivated, energetic, and professional Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. We welcome both men and women who are confident, driven, and passionate about sales and customer service.

What You’ll Do

- Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to complete deals.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s Licence is required.
- Previous automotive sales, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and professional personality.




- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Motivated and hungry to earn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
