About Us

Shine N' Drive Car Wash is a growing, family-operated car wash focused on providing high-quality car wash services and an excellent customer experience.

We are looking for high-energy, responsible, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join our team. Previous experience in the car wash or automotive industry is an asset, but not required — full training is provided on site.

The Position

As a Car Wash Attendant & Sales Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing customer and membership payments, selling wash packages and memberships, safely loading vehicles into the wash, and communicating with our Full Service team.

The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, confident speaking with customers, motivated by sales, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer's visit
- Process car wash payments for customers and members
- Explain wash packages, pricing, promotions, and membership options
- Actively sell memberships, wash upgrades, and additional services
- Assist customers with membership subscriptions and services
- Direct and safely load vehicles into the automated car wash
- Manage vehicle flow and maintain an efficient operation during busy periods
- Communicate customer requests and purchased services to the Full Service team
- Work closely with the Full Service team to ensure customers receive the services they purchased
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and general appearance of the car wash facility
- Assist with general maintenance and management of the facility
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards




- Perform other general duties as assigned by management

Schedule
- Full-time & Part-time positions available
- We operate 7 days a week
- Full-time hours are generally 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- During the summer, hours may be expanded to approximately 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend-only and partial-hour availability can be accommodated

Compensation Hourly pay is flexible based on previous car wash, automotive, detailing, or relevant sales experience.
