Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on car wash equipment, including pumps, conveyor systems, and water treatment units.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly.
- Maintain electrical systems, including low voltage controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and HVAC components to ensure optimal operation.
- Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Conduct welding, HVAC repairs, boiler servicing, and other industrial electrician tasks to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.




- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and enhance system reliability while providing excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or vendors.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, low voltage systems, and HVAC units.
- Hands-on experience with welding, boiler maintenance, and industrial electrician tasks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
- Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving is essential.
