What You'll Be Doing

Forget repetitive production work. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to build a broad range of skills while working alongside experienced carpenters.

Responsibilities include

- Rough framing and structural carpentry
- Interior finishing, trim, doors, and custom millwork
- Renovations, additions, and custom home construction
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Secure operation of hand and power tools
- Learning Ontario Building Code requirements and best building practices
- Working alongside skilled trades and experienced carpenters
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Solving problems proactively and taking ownership of your work

What We're Looking For

- Registered Carpenter Apprentice or actively pursuing Red Seal certification
- Residential construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Pride in producing exceptional workmanship
- Reliable, accountable, and professional
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset




- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence and reliable transportation
