Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Construct, install, and repair structures using different building techniques and carpentry skills
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on various job sites
- Install siding, perform restoration work, and handle woodwork with precision
- Use hand tools for framing, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials




- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols and best practices

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a solid understanding of building processes
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus
- Capable of performing heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid experience in construction safety standards and protocols
