Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
- Perform framing, finishing, and carpentry tasks for a variety of projects
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing, siding installation, and woodworking projects
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times




- Support team members in carpentry tasks such as framing, trimming, and installing fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or related fields with a strong foundation in carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in framing, finishing, siding installation, and woodworking
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools,
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
