Grey Bruce Contracting is hiring an experienced, dependable Carpenter for residential renovation, repair, and construction projects throughout Owen Sound and Grey-Bruce.

You should take pride in quality work, be comfortable working independently or with a crew, and maintain a clean, skilled jobsite.

Responsibilities

- Framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, flooring, and decks
- Renovation work, demolition, drywall backing, blocking, and project preparation
- Reading plans, taking measurements, and solving jobsite issues
- Safely operating power tools and maintaining an organized work area
- Working professionally with crew members, trades, and homeowners

Qualifications
- Previous carpentry or renovation experience required




- Comfortable with rough and finish carpentry
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Able to safely lift and carry construction materials
- Own basic hand tools preferred
- WHMIS and Working at Heights certification are assets
