Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various facets of building and renovation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring project success. As a , you will be instrumental in executing detailed construction tasks, utilizing a broad skill set to deliver exceptional results efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques, siding, framing, and carpentry skills.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as concrete finishing, welding, and woodworking.
- Assist with restoration projects by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.
- Handle heavy lifting and manual labor required for material transport and assembly on-site.
- Use hand tools effectively for precise carpentry work, including cutting, shaping,



and fitting materials.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery and power tools to ensure a secure work setting.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or related fields with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately.
- Skilled in concrete forming, finishing techniques, and general carpentry practices.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators is preferred.
- Knowledge of siding installation, restoration methods, and woodworking techniques.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance throughout shifts.
- Familiarity with welding processes and the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
