Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to lay solid foundations and structures
- Install cabinetry, siding, roofing, flooring, tiles, and other finishing elements with precision and care
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other construction equipment safely and effectively
- Perform restoration tasks including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and general handyman services
- Support plumbing and electrical installations by following schematics and safety protocols




- Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to ensure timely progress on-site while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of carpentry and woodworking techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents accurately
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as CNC machines
- Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinetry installation is highly desirable
- Experience with restoration projects or general handyman tasks is a plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while maintaining safety awareness
- Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork skills
