Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately
- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques and carpentry skills
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to facilitate various phases of construction
- Perform concrete finishing tasks, including pouring, smoothing, and sealing surfaces for durability and aesthetic appeal
- Handle restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or materials such as siding and woodwork
- Use hand tools and woodworking equipment to craft custom components and ensure precise fitment




- Assist with heavy lifting tasks using appropriate lifting gear or machinery while adhering to safety protocols

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics
- Extensive experience with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work
- Strong carpentry skills with knowledge of woodworking techniques
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in various construction environments
- Familiarity with siding installation and general construction processes
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction-related machinery
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and manual labor in diverse weather conditions
