Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to create solid foundations and structures
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing, and perform general carpentry and woodworking tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct restoration projects including drywall repair, painting, caulking,



and siding replacement
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Support heavy lifting activities and assembly tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes across multiple trades
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols on construction sites
