Responsibilities include

monitor and implement innovative vocational rehabilitation services and goal‑oriented rehabilitation plans for claimants in receipt of short and long term disability advantages - Coordinate the services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers - Contribute to the overall profitability of Group Disability by facilitating timely return to work for claimants. Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide reports outlining recommendations - Participate in client meetings as part of the team representing Manulife Financial. Deliver web‑based presentations to National Rehab team on the topic of Effective Communication Qualifications
