THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Cashier passionate about customer service and great local food to join our Front-End Team! Previous experience in a cash-handling retail environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

- Provide superior customer service to exceed customer needs.

- Connect with our customers through great local food.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Efficiently process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Bag customer purchases with care.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks.
- Attend to the cleaning and replenishing of the floral area near the till line.
- Remain aware of store products, changes, and seasonal requirements.

WHAT YOUR BRING TO THE TABLE

- The ability to work a variety of shifts including mid-day weekdays and weekends, approximately 20 hours weekly.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods of time, work in a cool workplace, and lift up to 50lbs.
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- The ability to work well within a team.

- Previous retail/customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
