: Sales clerk needed to assist with customers, sales and retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Processing sales at Point of Sale in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

- Selling professional supplements, vitamins, homeopathic medicines, and herbal remedies

- Stocking shelves with merchandise and ensuring displays are always presentable and tidy

- Receiving incoming stock orders to ensure proper restocking of shelves

- Responding to customer inquiries: in store, over the phone, and via email

- Working together with retail staff and pharmacy staff in a team-oriented, team environment centered on customer care

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working in a retail supplement store is an asset

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized customer care

- Demonstrated passion for health and wellness

- Professional, self-motivated individual with a team player attitude

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
