Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and upselling relevant products or services
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining quality service




- Demonstrate strong communication skills by engaging with diverse customers in multiple languages if applicable
